Quality System

ENSURING HIGH STANDARDS

At Rossell Tea, stringent quality control parameters are at the core of our production process. With well-equipped factories and meticulous protocols, the company is widely regarded as one of India’s finest tea producers. Our robust in-house quality control system ensures that every batch of tea is critically assessed, not only for its quality but also for maintaining consistency across all our gardens. This unwavering commitment enables Rossell Tea to meet the expectations of the most discerning markets, both overseas and in India. We uphold the highest standards at every stage of production, from nurturing the green leaf to the final shipment of black tea. Post-sale supply chain activities are equally prioritised to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

SUSTAINABILITY AND RECOGNITION

Rossell Tea enforces a strict “no usage of 2,4-D” policy, a stance widely recognised in international markets. This commitment to sustainable and ethical practices has contributed to the growing acceptance of our teas in countries such as Germany, Japan, the USA, the Middle East, Canada, and Russia, as well as among quality-conscious buyers in India.

MRL COMPLIANCE

Maximum Residue Level (MRL) is an international standard that defines permissible residue levels from the use of pesticides, insecticides, weedicides, fungicides, and other agrochemicals in edible agricultural products. Rossell Tea strictly adheres to the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2011, and related rules in India. Additionally, our teas comply with the European Union Directives and meet the specific MRL requirements of countries such as the UK, Japan and the USA.

To maintain these rigorous standards, Rossell teas are regularly tested at NABL-accredited laboratories. The company is deeply committed to addressing consumer concerns worldwide, ensuring that every cup of tea is a clean, invigorating, and healthy beverage.
